I had zoom done.Want to keep white:no coffee, tea, red wine. Chiccory in coffee substitute? Chocolate? Other stain causes avoid? Please tell every food/drink to avoid. Am looking for a caffine substitute now of course! lol. Chiccory ingredient just as bad

Chicory is fine: ginger can help with nausea, as can lemon balm (Melissa), lemon verbena and lemon grass. Not sure which of these is in your tea, but chicory shouldn't pose a problem. ...Read more

Coffee substitute: Chicory root appears to have no known adverse interactions with any drugs. It may cause skin, respiratory, or intestinal allergies and it may induce uterine contractions...therefore it is not recommended in pregnancy. So if you are not pregnant or allergic to it, taking it with Prozac (fluoxetine) may be OK. ...Read more

No reason to worry: Inulin is a naturally occurring carbohydrate from root vegetables that is not absorbed & used as a food source for probiotics & intestinal flora. It is fairly benign & there is no evidence that it is hazardous to take during pregnancy. However, it may feed unfriendly flora as well as friendly flora so may not be good for everyone.
