Baby skin: No, you probably don't want baby bottom skin!! Haha. Keep your skin clean, avoiding harsh soaps (including antibacterial soaps) and chemical irritants. Use SUNSCREEN!! If your skin is dry and irritated, use a good moisturizer regularly- no perfumes or colors. Don't scratch and pick at your skin. Is heat rash on an infant normal on her eyelids and in patches only on her face? The rash seems so persistent, red, and inflamed.
3 mo old has rash all over stomach and back. Does not disturb infant. Is not red, just small bumps that cover back and stomach.
Keep dry, + topicals: It is possible she may have candida/fungus which is quite common. Change diapers frequently, use a low-heat blower to dry it and topicals such as desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) cream etc...May help clear up quicker.
