Umm, hard to say.: Heat rash. Viral rash. Allergy rash. Infectious rash. Insect bite. Eczema. Contact dermatitis. There are numerous other possibilities and it is hard to tell without a picture, but perhaps they could be warts or molluscum contagiosum.
