Hi IV still got this inflamed red bumps on soft palate (pharyngitis) for 18 days now what's going on in feel fine but swallowing is not bad please help?

More than one likely: There are more than one type or mouth sores usually related to hiv. Most have more to do with being immunosupressed- like candidiasis (ulcers caused by yeast infections), cold and herpetic ulcers as well as leukoplakia ("hairy tounge"). Doubt it: Wow! I'm impressed by how aware of your body you are to notice tiny bumps on your soft palate!
