Sounds like allergic: Reaction to be so systemic to your trunk. If it looks bigger than pin size or a rash, it looks bigger like wheals and hives, you need to go to er immediately. This can easily get out of control. Meanwhile you can use some cool compresses, to prevent it from being more irritating. You may need oral and topical antibiotics as well as a surgical scrub like hibiclens or some hydrogen peroxide to clean the area. Dry itchy skin becomes cracked, rashy and infected skin.
