Red Bump With White Heads On The Gum By Your Teeth
I have one small red bump in the area at the bottom of my mouth where my gums meet my lip, right in the middle. It has a white pimple-looking head on it. It is causing me pain throughout my mouth and burns whenever I eat/drink. What could it be?
Canker sore: It's a canker sore, or an aphthous ulcer. I get them too, and they are annoying. The immune system itself causes them, sometimes in times of stress, sometimes in response to certain viruses, or sometimes "just 'cuz". Aside from a pain reliever if they are bad, there isn't much you can do, and they go away without help in about 1-2 weeks. Certain foods like citrus are irritating. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

What started as a lil white bump on the corner of my mouth has turned into a big red bump with what looks like two or three white heads on it.
Sounds like a minor skin infection that has developed into what is known as a carbuncle - an infection larger than a boil with several openings for discharge of pus. This may require antibiotic treatment. I would see your medical provider for evaluation. ...Read more

I noticed a tiny red bump, it has a clear center, in the inside of my lower lip area. The bump is located across from my lower teeth. What is it?
Not sure: There is no way to know without actually being able to see it. It may be something called a mucocoele that occurs when the duct of a small salivary gland becomes clogged. If it is, it may\ may not go away on its own. If it's not gone in two weeks, make sure you see your dentist for an accurate diagnosis. In the meantime, unless it gets larger or becomes painful, I wouldn't be too concerned about. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Making a diagnosis of your problem, over the internet, sight unseen, is not prudent.
As a general rule of thumb, if there is a lesion, bump, ulceration, or change in your mouth that is not a normal, ordinary part of your anatomy that doesn't resolve by itself in a few days, it needs to be evaluated as to the cause, and then physically treated by your dentist or other health care provider.
Allowing anything out of the ordinary to linger is not advisable. Please have the lesion evaluated. ...Read more

Perioral dermatitis: What you describe sounds like perioral dermatitis, a relative of rosacea. Foods generally don't make it worse but cortisone creams and heavy moisturizers do. We use anti inflammatory medications such as topical creams such as metronidazole, sulfur/sulfacetamide and oral antibiotics to reduce the inflammation. It may take several months to get the rash under control. ...Read more

Is a surgical procedure and is not completely risk-free. If you have undergone the tedious procedure of surgical extraction, this hard red bump on your cheek or knot like feeling is nothing, but post operative effects of the procedure. If after 7 days no improvement, see your dentist or an oral surgeon for post-op appointment.

Unrelated: The red bump may be an abcess the ear ache can be related, or may be associated with clenching. Or it may be an ear infection.
