Red Broken Blood Vessels On Face
I have a red mark on my face that developed over a year ago, appears to be blood vessels visible and the skin pigment is light around red area. Ideas?
See a dermatologist: A persistent mark like you describe could be many things, including rosacea (a chronic inflammatory condition) to infection (such as a superficial fungal infection) to skin cancer. You should see a dermatologist for a closer inspection and a definitive diagnosis, that will determine what kind of treatment you will need. Good luck!
What could be causes of small blood vessels breakages? Eyes, shoulders, chest, face, there are small vessels breakage and make red spots.
Red Spots - causes.: There are multiple causes of red spots (telangiectasia) of the skin including aging, genetics, sun exposure, hormones and medications. Sometimes no reason can be found. An easy treatment for these (excluding the eyes) is either a topical laser or fine needle radio frequency. They do recur over time.
Inside cheeks on biting plane sort of looks like a white line with faint redness/blood vessels on the top and bottom of the line. Linea alba or what?
I have an Irritated feeling vein on my penis, very slightly raised it seems and blood vessels around it seem inflamed and more red... The irritating feeling isn't exactly where the redness is but it's along the same vein line?
Here are some. ..: What you described may represent the occurrence of thrombophlebitis of penile veins, which is not uncommon and usually self-limiting. Its precise cause is not always traceable. Clinically, it's reasonable to just leave it alone as long as slowly getting better. If still in doubt, seek professional evaluation and counseling timely.

Not broken: Enlarged capillaries may appear as red lines on the face. Sometimes blue. Mostly the cheeks and nose. Related to pale skin, sun damage, pregnancy, hormones, rosacea, age. Easily treated by dermatologist by laser or electrodessication. Are you taking ORAL isotretinoin? See your DR and review your meds. Your symptoms need evaluation.

I feel like everyone's reading my mind. I don't like being around others, it feels really awkward. I think I have lost blood vessels inside my head.

After having my children I developed broken blood vessels on my face that have not gone away, it's been 5 yrs I want to know if they can be removed?
KTP Laser: The ktp laser is very effective at removing blood vessels. See a dermatogist that can treat blood vessels.
Vasculitis: The cause of most forms of vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels) is unknown. However we know the immune system plays a role. The immune system is meant to protect the body, but when it becomes "overactive" due to some unknown trigger it can cause inflammation in the blood vessels. This causes narrowing of the blood vessel, decreased blood supply which can cause damage to surrounding tissues.See 1 more doctor answer
Possible: Very possible. It is local irritation and can certainly injure the small capillaries in face.
I accidently burned the front side of my head with straightening iron it hurts really bad did this cause any damage to blood vessels or anything?
Unlikely: The burn you have, even though I'm sure it's quite painful, is likely too superficial to come in contact with any blood vessels on your forehead. You can consider taking Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen for your pain. Also, applying a cool (not icy cold) compress to the area may be helpful. Best wishes.
Husband was swinging son upside down, accidentally hit his neck against the door frame. He has broken blood vessels on his face/neck. Is that normal?
Unlikely!: Although one would expect some tenderness at the site of a injured blood vessel, it should remain superficial and not cause any pain in the head proper. If your CT was of the head and is Neg. And the headaches continue, one should follow up with their physician and /or see a Neurologist. Good luck.
