I have red blotches on palms of my hands the feeling of my hands are really weird texture only started yesterday but hasn't went away.
Palmar erythema: You picked a really complex symptom. Sometimes it also affects the soles (plantar erythema). Hands (around knuckles and fingers not palms) become blotchy red/darker red/white every now and then. Possibly temp / sun related. What does this mean?
This "appearance" is probably a vascular (circulation) issue. There is certainly no reason for concern since I do not believe this is associated with any medical disorder(s) Try asking again and attach some photos!!

Can lupus cause palms of hands and feet to get real red/blushed , sometimes blotchy and sometimes they feel "prickily" when they are red/hot.
Neuropathy: It is possible. However blotchy prickly hands or feet with hot sensation are not specific findings of a particular disease. Other conditions like raynaud phenomenon or autonomic nervous system dysfunction or neuropathy can cause this presentation. Consider checking your sugar and vitamin B12 levels. What you are describing could be pityriasis. Pityriasis is a rash that causes red patches just like you described and is often mistaken for ringworm. It can occur anywhere on the body and is often itchy but not always. It is not contagious and will go away on it's own in about 6-8 weeks. Here is some more info;

Other possible diagnosis are much less likely as they occur on palmar surfaces.
