Taste buds: Likely what you are noticing are your taste buds and possibly some lymph gland tissue (tonsil ) which is normally there. Often they will look like suction cups with stalks holding them up. Normal stuff - not to worry. If you see red/white spots on back of throat, then see MD as it may be strep. Hard to tell: It would be very difficult to tell for sure what those spots are without seeing them, particularly in person. It could possibly be eczema, an allergic reaction to a soap, detergent, perfume, or jewelry, or even a fungal infection. Tongue papillae?: Everyone has a row of 7-12 large (2-3 mm) papillae across the back of the tongue, called circumvallate papillae, perhaps what you have noticed. Google it for photos to compare. Entirely normal, not caused by any of the things you mention. No STD is a likely cause of any kind of painless bumps in the moth.
