Skin problems : It is hard to treat or diagnose skin problems without seeing them, but it sound like molluscom contagiosum which is caused buy a virus & can resolve spontaneously, but could be any other possibilities. Spots: Spots, skin lesions, rashes etc. are all unfortunately impossible to diagnose over the computer. It certainly sounds like you have some definite skin conditions that need evaluating, diagnosing , and treating. "Spots" can sometime be a type of Tinea Versicolor, but as stated, you need an exam. Hold the meds!: Most rashes on the face in that age group would be a contact dermatitis -- new detergent, clothing, drooling, cold air, etc. Doubt a fungal infection (so don't use the med u have).
