I have the following symptoms for the past 2 days .but I don't know what I have ?

My 7 month old has had cold sweats the last two days but has no other symptoms. What could be wrong?
When i exercise i sweat too much, i mean much more than any one in the gym, what deficiencies this symptom might mean?
