I have a reoccurring zit looking bump that pops up on the right bottom corner of my mouth every few months and lasts for about a week. what is this? it doesn't tingle or hurt and it looks like a regular pimple.
Herpes? Skin cyst?: Two possibilities are likely. If it only a single lesion every time, and in exactly the same location, then probably a sebaceous cysts that periodically becomes inflamed or infected. If it moves around a bit, or if several such bumps and superficialy (like blisters), then recurrent oral herpes (cold sore, fever blister) is likely. I'm betting on the cyst.
