I have recurrent back pain, specifically at the back of my right shoulder. What should I do to ease the pain?

Is there a test to determine if recurrent lower back pain is caused by medium size cyst in s2 (racepinephrine) shown in mri? No other abnormality except 1disc bulge.

Back pain: Medium size cyst in s2 (racepinephrine) vertebra should not cause low back pain. Disc bulge is common in many people and that should not give lower back pain. Walking for 30 to 45 minutes , back muscle strengthing exercise and cold pack usually relieve back pain. ...Read more

Chiropractic Therapy: Yes, the lbp can be helped by chiropractic care. Conservative therapy is always best, but with your cervical disc pathology, i would assume that you have lumbar disc pathology as well. It would be good to have an initial evaluation by a physician and if appropriate, then a referral to a chiropractor would be in order. Good luck. ...Read more
