CAD: As long as you don't have any symptoms like dizziness, loss of consciousness, you don't have to worry about the heart rate. Resting heart rate more than 50 is acceptable. I think any : Excercise is a great start. I would also watch what gets put into your mouth. The good think about the bike is if you are very heavy it doesn't put that mu ch stress on your knees.
