Penile discomfort: If you did have rough intercourse like you admit and there is no chance you were exposed to std, then i would assume there may have been some trauma done to your penis during the intercourse that is taking time to heal. PROSTATITIS EVAL: R/O prostatitis it is tough to treat. you need an exam/labs/ UA If no response to levoquin, try doxycycline. I would recheck labs /UA C&S. & testosterone . . ? tenesmus: It important to know whether this is of a new onset or chronic. Any irritation of the colon can cause cramping that can appear wavelike. New onset could be an infection in the colon, a chronic pain could be multiple cause including irritable bowel or inflammatory bowel disease.
