Very doubtful: Any colon or rectal inflammation should not be treated with naprosyn (naproxen). Canasa suppositories by prescription may help, but more importantly you need to find out why you have the inflammation in the first place. You need a more specific diagnosis. Ct is not the best test for colon ca, but if it is advanced enough to cause a blockage, it is more likely to show it.
