My rectum is so soft?

My rectum is so soft?

Rectum not normal?: Hi I may need you to rephrase your question. But, the assumption I make is that your stool is frequent and/ or soft in the morning. It is very common to have a bowel movement at the same time every day. And, to have this happen when one first awakes is also very common. But, if your stool is not formed you may have a parasite infection or a food allergy and this needs to be evaluated.

Impacted rectum, how do I fix?

Impacted rectum, how do I fix?

Consult a physician.: I guess you mean impacted stools. Consult a physician. Often a warm mineral oil enema is used to soften and lubricate the stool. However, enemas alone are usually not enough to remove a large, hardened impaction. The mass may have to be broken up by hand. This is called manual removal. A health care provider will need to insert one or two fingers into the rectum and slowly break up the mass.

Hemorrhoids?: Hemorrhoids are a very common cause of rectal pain. If you're having any bleeding during bowel movements you should definitely see your regular doctor for an exam to get this checked out. While you're waiting for your doctor's appointment, you can try sitting in warm bath, using over the counter hemorrhoid creams, and making sure your stools are soft by eating fiber and drinking lost of water.

Too much pain in rectum can't sit easily what to do?

Recent pregnancy?: Have you had a recent vaginal delivery of a pregnancy? That is a common cause of rectal / pelvic floor pain. If that's not the case the pain could be coming from an abnormality in the anus or rectum or spasming of the perianal muscles. I would first see a GI specialist to check the rectal / anal / colon issue. If that's normal then you may need PT for pelvic floor spasm and pain.
