Hyperthermia, dehydr: Hyperthermia and dehydration could affect you fetus in a permanent and temporary sense, respectively. Not sure: Could be infected hematoma or normal effect of injury. With a kidney laceration, there is often a hematoma (blood collection). If it gets infected, you will develop an abscess. On the other hand, moderate temperature elevations can be present with a kidney lacerations. Worried: I'm worried that you've likely contacted an std. Sounds like it could be herpes, chlamydia or gonorrhea. You should definitely go to a doctor or urgent care as soon as possible with a fever that high. They may be able to diagnose you on sight, or they made need to take some tests.
