No pain = okay: If you have no pain and the movements are normal w/out blood, pus, etc. You it could be okay. But I notice you do suffer, so followup w/ the provider who did the colonoscopy for treatment recommendations. Drink adequate water - lots! These other signs are more important than frequency alone.
