It's : It's possible to fracture your tailbone with a fall. That could cause a bump or bulge, generally followed by a lot of bruising. The picture you sent looks less like the kind of swelling you would get after trauma and more like an area of infection. Could you have broken the skin when you fell? Any chance this lump was there before your fall but that you didn't notice it until the fall? Given the severity of your symptoms, you should definitely see a doctor. You may need x-rays or a ct scan of your pelvis. In addition, if the lump is infected, you may need a procedure called I&D to get rid it. ...Read more

The shin splints are from walking a lot without proper fitted shoes or not wearing arch supports. Take a break from exercising now and do self care before more trauma ensues. Get some good insoles, and stretch more for at least 20 mins. Before beginning any exercise program.Hydrate too! ...Read more

My lower back down to my tail bone are sore almost evetyday. I have fallen pretty bad a few times which may have made it worse. What to do?

Get an X ray: Since you have injured or fallen few times and its hurting you i suggest you get an x-rays at least. Start to take aleve (naproxen) twice a day. Most common is soft tissue damage at your age 18, but you may have other underlying pathology which needs to be resolved or ruled out. If you ignore yourself at this age you may pay the price later. ...Read more
