Pregnancy?: Yes it's possible for a woman to be pregnant after laparoscopic surgery. If the period is late, run a home urine pregnancy test. They turn positive at the time the period is due. It's also possible for stress of the surgery to delay the period if the surgery was recent. If the test is negative, run another one in 7 days.
