I don't believe: The healing in the bone will be substantially increased based on your diet. It is important that you are not deficient in say vitamin d and calcium but, once those levels are normal ...I don't feel "more is better". Bone takes 6-8 weeks. Things like smoking, steroids, even anti-inflammatories have all been reported to delay bone healing. ...Read more
