Minimal potential: If you follow the recommendations there rarely are side effects. The most common are stomach issues - burps, abd pain, sometimes diarrhea. If you have a sensitive stomach look for a vitamin that says enteric coated. Try to eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water as vitamins are best when from natural resources.
