How many carbs is the recommended daily allowance for a woman? I am 4'10" if that matters. Books do not seem to agree.
KINDS of carbs: Most resources suggest between 45% - 65% of foods to be carbohydrates, but that doesn't mean all bread! You need to be smart about the type of carbs you eat also. If you follow the recommendations there rarely are side effects. The most common are stomach issues - burps, abd pain, sometimes diarrhea. If you have a sensitive stomach look for a vitamin that says enteric coated. Try to eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water as vitamins are best when from natural resources.

65 fat grams per day.

The ADA used to recommend 45g of carbs per meal at minimum however they don't have any recommendation at this time as there is no literature to support a recommendation.
