Walking, swimming & cycling are good options especially early on. As always, discuss your plans w/your OB or family doc as they know more about you than can be posted above. Good luck!

Recently gave birth, now my libido is sky high. So much so, I become angry if not satisfied, frequently. Is this normal or out of control?

Libido

Female_reproductive_system
After giving birth, it's advisable to wait a few weeks before having intercourse. However, there are certainly other ways to pleasure yourself or be pleasured. Becoming angry when not satisfied is another issue, and this needs to be reviewed with your physician. A psychiatrist may be able to provide some guidance or suggestions, because certain illnesses can manifest in irritability. Be well.

My sister had stones in galbladder.she recently gave birth to a baby.is it mandatory to go through operation to remove stones or any other option?

your sister is not an unacceptably high anesthetic risk, cholecystectomy is generally advised if she has any symptoms. She should consult her doctor for specific recommendation in her case.

I recently gave birth and I tore my labia majora. What can i do about the healing process and what can i cleanse myself with to ease the discomfort?

Clean

Vulva
Keep the area clean. If it is recent, i.e less than 2 to 3 days, sitz baths help reduce the swelling.

Im 6 weeks pregnant right now with my second child and i recently gave birth 6 months ago with my first. i want to do a light workout what can i do?

See OB-GYNE.

Recently_gave_birth
A light work-out could be simply walking daily as exercise, doing yoga, stretching exercises. Do check with your OB-GYNE first before you start this program. Make sure you have a healthy and well-balanced diet and if you're not taking pre-natal vitamins yet, do start. Congratulations!

I recently gave birth and soon after I started having excess mucus with a fishy smell. How embarrassing, but I need to know if this is possibly a PH Balance or something more severe.?

Common infection

Probiotic
Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is a common treatable vaginal infection caused by an overgrowth and inbalance of vaginal bacteria. This upset increases pH. Nitrites in vaginal fluid causes a fishy smell. Typically BV is treated with oral metronidazole (Flagyl), rarely vaginal gel, while abstaining during treatment. Certain probiotic vaginal capsules used can help the vagina regrow normal bacterial flora.

Can a tummy tuck help a post-pregnancy belly? I recently gave birth to twin girls. Right now, I am five months postpartum, but none of the exercises that I am doing are helping get rid of my saggy belly skin. Can tummy tucks actually get rid of all this e

Yes

Muscle
Tummy tucks or adominoplasty is great at rejuvenating the post oartum abdomen. This procedure will realign your rectis muscles in the midline limiting the diastasis typically created by your pregnancy as well as remove excess skin laxity and unsitely stretch marks. Remember, however, if you plan to having more children this will typically recur.

After pregnancy, particularly after twins, the skin and fascia of the abdomen have often been stretched beyond their ability to shrink back. Exercising the muscles will tighten them but won't remove the excess skin or separation that may exist between the muscles. A tummy tuck is a reliable way to get rid of the skin and tighten the fascia. See a Board certified Plastic Surgeon for a consult.
