Reboxetine: And wellbutrin (bupropion). I cannot find any data regarding drug interactions between the two. Reboxetine is listed as norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with minimal effect on serotonin reuptake. It is metabolized via the 3a4 enzyme system except at high doses where it begins to effect the 2d6 enzyme system. Hang in.: Each antidepressant requires a full dose for a length of time -- a few weeks. (it is common to give up on too low a dose.) Also, as you suggest, some people will need additional medicines. MAYBE: This medication is not available in the usa as it failed trials against placebo which is one of the fda standards. It is used europe. Reboxatine is a norepinephrine re uptake inhibitor. It should probably be safe with aripiprizole which is Abilify (aripiprazole) and an atypical antipsychotic. Definitely discuss with your treating physician.
