I had my period for two days, started again, then stop, now I'm just experiencing spotting. What could be the reason?

Need more info: I'm not sure that the diarrhea and/or pregnancy have anything to do with each other. First do a home pregnancy test. If neg repeat. Did you use any contraception? Hormonal: I will assume you have taken a urine pregnancy test and you are not pregnant, right? If not, it's generally nothing serious. It can be something as simple as a very stressful week at school/work or personal life. C.
