I workout a lot and follow a very controlled diet but i gained 8 lbs in 3 months and i can't find a reason other than i started birth control pills?

OK to stop OCP but..: Just stopping ocp (oral contraceptives) early in the pack usually just causes a 'withdrawal vaginal bleed' which may be variable in the amount (e.g. Light or heavy). Are you stopping 'the pill' to get pregnant? --then you may get pregnant soon. If you have no need for 'the pill' then stopping early is okay--just be ready for 'some bleeding'.
