Need cardiac eval: It sounds like you may be developing an arrhythmia or irregular heartbeat when your heart is stressed to a certain point. You need to see a cardiologist for appropriate evaluation. Depends: Usually, for most types of soft tissue wounds, heing is 90% complete by 6-8 weeks. For bony injuries, it's longer, on the order of 8-12 weeks.
