I always had low iron levels and normal blood pressure since yesterday my BP is 153/123 today 153/116 is there a reason for this sudden change?

My blood tests showed anion gap, serum 9 mmol/l and iron % saturation 22%. Any connection or reason for concern? Both flagged as low.
Abnormal labs: Low anion gap is usually a lab error, so it is spuriously low. A recheck would probably "correct" it. Iron replacement: You will have iron def if you have mentrual bleeding and not taking enough iron to combenate lost iton in the blood. You can always take iron tablet if you can tolerate it, if severe or cannot take there is IV replacement. You have a : Few issues here. You need to be careful the swelling below the knee is not in the calf region as a clot is a serious problem.
