Diet can help: Avoid spicy foods but use some salt. Eat vitamin B foods like whole grains (cereals, breads) and proteins (fish, eggs, meats, nuts). Consuming lots of water and fresh fruits too have a positive effect. Also, ask your therapist about self-hypnosis techniques.
