I: I think it would be best tha the have a medical evaluation including blood and urine testing to be sure he doesn't have an underlying condition causing this, such as elevated blood sugar or other conditions. ? Food poisoning: Sounds like food poisoning. If symptoms do not recur, you may just wish to make a note of what you are before the vomiting and avoid that. If symptoms recur it would be prudent to see a doctor.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Yes possible: Headache (HA) after epidural steroid injection (ESI) rarely occur this late but are possible. Is HA worse when standing/sitting up & less/gone if lying down? Can be associated with nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or visual disturbances. Treatment includes being flat in bed for least 24 hrs, hydration, & analgesics. Since already 4-5 days, I would call physician who did ESI right away. Drink!! ...Read more

See my Advice below: What you had was likely Food poisoning. This is a self limited condition which settles down in 24 to 48 hours.
You should rest in the bed today and drink lots of liquids (if U R nausea free)+ extra salt. The back pain may be part of the same problem or unrelated. You will know within 24-48 hours if it settles down also. If the back pain gets worse over next 48 hours, then you may have to see a doct ...Read more
