Acne: If your skin is dry or inflamed then epiduo can sting. Use a gentle cleanser, ideally soap free (cetaphil or aveeno). Also using a "non-comedogenic" (non acne promoting) moisturizer just prior to applying the epiduo may help. Don't "scrub" your skin harshly.
