I have pcod, endometriosis, anxiety & depression. I don't comfort eat, snack between meals. Whats the best way to lose weight?
Because of very disrupting postprandial hypoglycemia I'm considering eating vegan protein powder (soy, pea, hemp, rice...) with every meal. Good idea?

Low starch diet: I don't know if that is true but you are describing a low-starch diet, and that is generally healthy.
