Are there symptoms that predict a reading disorder in children?

Yes, beginning with: Family history of Specific Language Impairment &/or Dyslexia. Keep reading healthy adults and children dying from flu. How is this even happening? Why does it happen to some healthy people?

Severity of disease: The epidemic flu that sweeps the country every year causes very severe symptoms usually makes healthy people sick for a week or more. Most healthy people do recover, but, if the infection is very strong, and people get bacterial complications that Infect various parts of the body, and they don't get to the proper medical services in time, they die from the complications. The flu shot may help prevent or at least reduce the severity of the disease. ...Read more

I have 2 children already I think I am pregnant but have 9 days left before my periods are due. How accurate would the reading be?

May be too soon: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed. ...Read more

Is it possible to overcome a mood disorder with a sufficiently strong frontal lobe, i.E. From reading and thinking?

Many variables here: If the mood disorder is mild to moderate & the reading matter and thinking is interesting and involving but not disturbing or provocative you may have a good idea here. However, if severe and if disturbing, it could make matters worse. Some wise, moderate folk may be able to evaluate themselves but even they might benefit from professional guidance - and, think wholistically, beyond frontal lobe. ...Read more

How can you get an accurate blood pressure reading in someone with panic disorder? I always feel panicked at the doc which will raise blood pressure

That is accurate: A person with a panic disorder may have a high blood pressure reading because he is anxious at that time. That reading is his real blood pressure at that time, and therefore is accurate. Furthermore, if he is anxious most of the day, then his high blood pressure truly reflects his usual state of being. To try to get a lower pressure might give lower numbers, but there will be less reality. ...Read more

I have peripheral artery disease. Is my cholesterol readings high? 4.49 LDL 2.59 HDL 1.29 if I'm reading them correctly here.

Which is which?: There are many unit conversion calculators available online. Your results are presumably in mmol/l but I can't tell whether your LDL is 4.49 or 2.59. Using http://www. Onlineconversion. Com/cholesterol. Htm, 4.49 = 174mg/dl which is high for pad while 2.59 = 100mg/dl which is good. With pad or other coronary artery disease equivalents, we aim for goal LDL <100mg/dl w/optional goal <70mg/dl. ...Read more

Yes: Actually, even an adult can get bronchiolitis, although that is very unusual.
