Not likely, but:: The amount of pus cells (wbc) and rbc are normal for a voided urine. Almost all patients with a urinary tract infection will show a large number of WBC in a spun sample. So your result suggests something other than a urinary tract infection is causing fever.
Nevertheless, I suggest that your Dr. repeat the U/A and do a urine culture in order to be certain that you don't have a kidney infection ...Read more

May be: Increased vascularity in the pelvis, especially congestion in the urinary bladder due to fetal position may have been responsible for the few red cells in urine.
