Little reason to eat: Honey in any form is full of sugar. Although promoted as a remedy for various ailments in the old Medicine world, it has no medical uses that the modern science can discern.
My advice to you is not to eat anything too sweet (Honey is sweetest) as sugars are bad for your body as they lead to increase in weight which can cause multitude of other medical diseases like Diabetes and Heart disease. ...Read more
