How is your protein content, your vitamin A, D, E, K. Your B complex vitamins, and most importantly your iron intake. You may have a deficiency. Hard to digest: Many people advocate eating "raw foods" as they believe it has more enzymes & nutrients, but some foods are difficult to digest when raw and wheat is one of them. Too little sodium? Started eating low fat raw vegan and wondering if my sodium levels will drop too low. Consume around 100-150mg a day.
