Hi. I've been eating vegan/raw foods for the past 2 1/2 years. But I noticed when I eat cooked foods my stool becomes greasy with an orange oil color.

It helps.: I believe raw, organic vegetables and fruit is very healthy and help with longevity but by itself is inadequate. We need to make sure that we get the necessary vitamins that plants cannot supply such as Vit.
