Many do very well on BB and become functional again. You do not know if you were one of those. But the decision is always up to the patient. A 0.1cm variance on echocardiography between the ivs and pw is within normal limits for normal ivs and pw values.
If any concerns, your cardiologist should be able to pull up your echo images for you to see how the reading was done.
