Recently, I am having headche in front of my forehead and above my head and its associated with teeth pain. I don't sleep well from my new infant. Help?
Stress related pain: Sometimes headaches, tooth pain, etc can all be associated with a category of pain called myofascial pain. This type of pain tends to be present more often with stress, like getting lack of sleep or other of life's pressures. An endodontist might be hepful in evaluating the teeth to rule out a source there. He might be able to provide a referral to a medical doctor, too. ...Read more
Infant had fever about 2 days up to 102.7 finally broke on day 2 but now has rash on head chest back and cries almost constantly?
Common patters: A lot of infant viral infections will have fever for a few days and end in a generalized rash. Some have names based on location and type of rash, but they are expected and rather benign. I'd consider the crying evidence it is not finished. As long as the kid takes fluids well and plays occasionally you can monitor at home. If not drinking the kid should be seen. ...Read more
Not usually: Teething does not cause "lumpy cheeks". If they are drooling a lot from teething they may get a drool rash on their cheeks and neck but that is it. Most people would describe this as a mild rash, not as "lumpy". If this is what you meant, then it is normal and will resolve when drooling stops. If questionable then have an exam by a pediatric dentist. They will be able to tell you if this is normal. ...Read more

Advice for a cranky baby that's teething? He has never been cranky. No fever. He is 6 months old and drools to the point where a bit of mouth rash
Teething.: Teething pain can make babies cranky, but it shouldn't be as bad as it sounds. 6 months usually means first teeth; I'm guessing. Drooling can also be a sign of sore throat, even without fever. If pain medicine isn't working; see your doctor. If the rash is on the skin around the mouth; try some ointment, to try to keep it waterproofed. If is on the lips or inside the mouth; it's not from teething. ...Read more
