Hi, I woke up with an itchy red rash on back of knee. Looks inflamed w/ brown dots & little scabs on the follicles. Used cortisone 3 days, not better?

Eczema: What you are describing sounds like eczema or an allergic contact dermatitis to nickel. Sometimes the nickel found in the metal snaps on jeans will contact the skin and cause an allergic reaction where it contacts.
