Maybe inflammation: I would consider applying an over the counter steroid ointment to the inner upper thigh twice daily for the 3-5 days prior to your period, and also adding a claritin or allegra orally. Avoid fleas: The question is a little hard to understand, but seems as though if you get flea bites, you get an infection. Obviously avoiding the causing agent (or bug in this case) is the permanent solution. Itchy inner thighs (rashes)swollen large patches. When I spread my legs it's like a half basketball size. Symmetrical. 5days so far. Can't be friction?
Possible: Possibly heat rash. Also may be fungal or even an allergic reaction or sensitivity to your underwear. Consider chaffing gel, and cotton only underwear or boxers. If fungal may benefit from over the counter fungal products.
