Hives: This could honestly be a ton of things ... But the most likely explanation is hives/urticaria. Try identifying what has changed since it started (new soap, laundry, food, etc), eliminating the "trigger" helps. Also, consider trying an antihistamine (ie, Benedryl / Zyrtec).
