See a provider: I think its important to see a dermatologist if the rash is spreading and not going away. There are several things that this could be but most likely per description it sounds like contact dermatitis. I would stop wearing all perfumes and scented lotions. You may try topical Hydrocortisone over the counter, but please see your pcp or a dermatologist for an evaluation. ...Read more
