Rash On My Ankles
I have a rash on my ankle I have had it for a few month. It started out about the size of a quarter now it is about 4 times as big. It does not itch.
Rash on ankle: Most of the rashes that would occur on this area are itchy, like eczema or a fungal infection among others. But they don't have to be. Other things to consider are a superficial skin cancer, which may look like a rash. Those usually grow slowly. Please see your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment. This may be many different things.See 2 more doctor answers

I've had pin head like rash on my ankles for about 1 wk. Dr. Said contact dermatitis, I think petechae. No other symptoms. When should I worry?
Rash: If it is petechiae your doctor would have told you it petechiae. If it spreads then it is a concern and needs to be worked out
I've had the shingles now for two months and the rash near my ankle will not go away or heal in fact I think it's getting worse. Have been on antibiot?
Not shingles: The rash of shingles should NOT persist for that long, so I tend to doubt that is your diagnosis. It's best to see an Infectious Diseases doctor who specializes in viral infections and can tell if this is truly shingles or herpes zoster. There is antiviral treatment available as well as a vaccine. I'm suspicious though it is something else. Hopefully you can see a doctor or upload the photo here.

I rode roller coasters. I came home with a blotchy rash on my ankles and feet. I was wearing flip flops. What could it be & how do I fix it?
Dermatitis: It sounds like your feet came into contact with something that caused an allergic reaction. Gentle washing then applying Hydrocortisone cream for a few days should clear the rash. If not, get it checked. Also, wearing flipflops to an amusement park just isn't smart. They offer no support or protection from injury. Next time, wear sneakers.
Hi, I have a heat rash above my ankle, the symptoms being quite similar to milaria. Could you suggest a possible treatment?
