Lipomas?: I am not sure of the actual name for these, but when you hit your nose you crushed the fat layer under the skin. It responds by scarring just like the skin itself does. When that happens under the skin you get these firm little nodules. They won't hurt you. Sometimes they will go away by themselves. It shouldn't: See your PCP if you're experiencing nausea from pressure on your nasal bone. It may involve something completely different that needs to be checked out by your doctor. So make sure to have an appointment, and explain when this occurs, what makes it better or worse, and if there's nothing s/he can offer you to make it better, get a second opinion. Any skin rash/bumps?: Any skin changes over your nose that you can see/feel? Do you wear glasses a lot that could be causing some irritation/discomfort? Can try OTC pain reliever (ibuprofen, naproxen, acetaminophen) to see if it helps. If it persists more than a few days, see doctor for evaluation. Sorry not more helpful. Best of luck with this. Allergy: Sudden itching could be caused by allergen. If prolonged could be tissue stretching underneath, or interference fields. Interference fields are created due to scars or trauma in these areas. Apply locally castor oil and small piece of kinesio-tape for 24 hours. Use local hot packs over the tapes these will remove the local irritants.
