An anti fungal cream applied as directed and making sure that the area is completely dry before getting dressed will discourage the fungal growth. Do not use powder with cornstarch. ? Ring worm?: They are likely caused by trichophyton type of fungus and not monilial. I must say that the location is unusual for trichophyton. Need to see dermatologist if anti-fungal treatment failed or scraping the the lesions did not show the presence of fungus. ...Read more
