It could: Tinea versicolor can be spread by contact. I would go to be seen and confirm since the treatment for an infection so widespread would be an oral anti fungal. ...Read more

Poison oak or ivy, or other allergens possible. Shingles expands from an initial patch to a larger area of rash that does not cross over the midline, and is painful/sensitive. Yeast/pimples: probably NOT. vaginal yeast infections are exactly that - vaginal. It sounds like you may have had two small infected hair follicles - folliculitis that have at least partially resolved (as this can) on their own. I would avoid trying to "pop" them and use moist heat or simply monitor the remaining one. ...Read more
