I have 4 circular rashes on my feet, knee and knuckles. They don't itch or hurt but are growing. As a side note, my knuckles are swollen. Any ideas?

Dry skin?: Have your hands been exposed to a lot of soap, detergent, irritant, and water lately? If so it may just be from getting too dry and too irritated. Try some topical Hydrocortisone cream, avoid irritants and too much water, and apply a barrier moisturizer after hand-washing and see if they help. If not, see dematologist. ...Read more

7-10 days?: but it is hard to say since it depends much on how severe the reaction has been. Most hand dermatitis are from irritant (soap, detergent, machine oil, frequent washing, frequent hand sanitizer usage etc) Try some topical hydrocortisone cream for a few days and use only unscented soap. Apply hand lotion often especially after washing hands. See dermatologist if not helpful. ...Read more
