Most hand dermatitis are from irritant (soap, detergent, machine oil, frequent washing, frequent hand sanitizer usage etc) Try some topical hydrocortisone cream for a few days and use only unscented soap. D dimer results of 270 after a rash appeared on both hands first through third fingers knuckle to tip doctor said it was a not a rash.
It appears to be: elevated. It becomes positive when there is a thrombus. You may need blood thinner and also to rule out blood clot in the lungs.
