Left side (lymph gland)groin, has lump and I have small rash at base of spine (shingles). Is shingles cause?

Lets review your que: Shingles usually causes a rash in a dermatome pattern and does not cross the midline. Before the rash appears, there usually and increased sensation/pain in skin/area--sometimes will occur before the rash appears. The rash is raised and looks like chicken pox. The herpes virus lays dormant in the spinal column and sometimes later in life/stress/chemo/immunosuppression the painful rash will appear.

Hard to say...: Without more information, it's really difficult to say for certain. Usually things like shingles or herpes have fluid filled bumps. Mild eczema doesn't have to be itchy, it can just tingle or feel irritated. If you're not having fever, it's not painful, and you're feeling well otherwise, its okay to wait a few days before seeing the doctor, but you should get it checked if it doesn't go away.

Need an exam: It's really hard to know what's wrong without seeing what you are talking about. I'd recommend a trip to the gyn doc or dermatologist for a good exam. This could be herpes, but it's unlikely given the duration (HSV outbreaks usually resolve within a week or so).

So I have psoriasis and rashes from taken lithium nd my spine is very tight special around T3 n T4 is Synthroid (thyroxine) tha next step for anti inflammatory?

Not Synthroid (thyroxine): Hi. Synthroid (levothyroxine) is thyroid hormone, and is not an anti-inflammatory. Do you mean hydrocortisone? Hydrocortisone (and drugs like it: prednisone, triamcinolone, etc) are anti-inflammatory glucocorticoids, and can be used in a variety of types of arthritis. There are other great treatments for psoriatic arthritis if that's what this is, but not Synthroid! It's used to treat hypothyroid.

Neuropathy: This sounds like neuropathic pain. I would discuss this with your doctor, there are medications that one can take to help alleviate this discomfort so that we can try to take the edge off of his discomfort in his legs. Please be well and follow up closely at the advice of your primary care physician.

Shingles: Shingles can present with severe pain without a rash. The pain is usually in a strip of skin called a dermatome. Neurontin (gabapentin) may be beneficial. I would discuss treatment of shingles with your doctor. Usually the pain slowly improves over time. Good luck!

Herpes zoster: These recurrent outbreaks of "shingles" are almost always only on one side of the body and distributed along a single nerve root. Show this to a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis.

I have a weird rash on my back, it feels sore and tender like a bruise, but looks like a red rash-about 2cmx3cm right on my spine.?

Skin infection: Your red and sore rash could be a skin infection. Please kindly see your primary care physician to get evaluated and treated. If it's an infection then it would need to be treated with antibiotic topically or orally. I hope this helps.

It is really: Difficult to guess at correct diagnosis without visualizing a lesion. This would be best handled by an in-person dermatological evaluation.

Would lower back/spine pain be due to shingles as have blister rash on stomach?

Would lower back/spine pain be due to shingles as have blister rash on stomach?

Could be: With a painful rash following a specific nerve distribution pattern, you likely have shingles outbreak. If you have an outbreak, please stay away from anyone who has never had chicken pox, until rash resolves. Go see your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Your back pain may be related to the rash, or might be unrelated.
